more2 ltd, a Direct Marketing Agency,www.more2.com needed a venue for an IT client’s product launch in central London for around 70 people – at the very last minute! When searching for the perfect venue, mandalay only has to know three things, the date, the amount of people and the budget. In this instance, and due in part to the last minute nature, no budget was given.

However, I knew that they needed something unusual and appealing to delegates so that their product launch would be a success and project the right image of the company.”
mandalay researched numerous venues, and presented five to the client, together with all details, and photography and assembled the costs into an easily understood comparative spreadsheet.
more2 selected the Kensington Roof Gardens as it had the right atmosphere and it was available at short notice but the prices were deemed too high. So, mandalay negotiated the costs of the venue hire down by nearly 40% and reduced some of the catering costs by a third. They even managed to get a LCD projector included free of charge, bringing all the costs in line with the client’s expectations.
