We email an Excel spreadsheet or Word document detailing all suitable and available venues we have contacted on your behalf.
It will include :
- url's (website addresses)
- photographs in each column to show which room they are offering for the meeting
- full (rack) rates and any reduced rates to show where we have saved you money
- an obvious comparison; like for like on prices
- always converted into £ for ease.
You can then change this data into your own format if it helps you impress the decision maker!
